New wait tables- no movement

Hi everyone,

I wish this update was a happier one.  The wait is extending.  It shows we are 3 years from being at the top of the list for a referral, and that is if time was moving at a "normal" pace.  We have been on this journey for 2 and 1/2 years.  Since this list has had no movement, we are disheartened.  We pray for patience, strength and wisdom.

Hello everyone!

Long time and no post. Here is a "re-post" from a blog I follow called "Raising Colombian Kids". She keeps me up to date on how the process is moving in Colombia for foreign families like ourselves. The date means that those people who were approved on that date are now having their referrals sent to regions for fulfillment. There has been no movement in our category since December of 2011. By my estimates... they are moving more slowly than "real time" so since our approval was April of 2011 we are 2 years and 11 months behind the people who are now getting referrals, which means that my little time ticker at the top of the page is wrong and that we have in the neighborhood of 3 to 4 years left to wait. Anyway, here is the posting of "wait times"
